1) You may not have Paypal, might not want to go through the trouble of starting one.
2) You may not have access to Riot Points Cards in your area.

1 TF2 Key is worth 240 RP. All the other prices are relative to TF2 Key Price. So I'm making around only 12 RP per a dollar okay? ToD, Capsule Keys, Sacks of Gems, and Cards are slightly more expensive because it's way harder to dispose of (steam market fees etc) than TF2 Keys or CS GO Keys.
