well it's tagget as CIS but I already sold few copies to guys in US, and they successfully activated it, also on gift it'self there is no restrictions for redeem.

We can do it as I already did, I will trade with you, and if you won't be able to activate we will trade back :)

also on store page there is no notification for regional locks, so I still don't get why it's tagget as CIS :(
