None of the games are region restricted. All the games are ROW, but Borderlands 2 is the odd one, it's RU, but it activates as ROW and so does the DLC with no problems. The only difference is that it adds an extra game to your library. The regular ROW Borderlands 2 and an extra: Borderlands 2 RU. It's the only game that does this.
