I've been scammed yesterday (he stolen me 26 keys for a fake cd-key, not the contrary) and I hope -rep could be deleted soon cause it was posted for revenge by that scammer and is ruining my rep (as you can see). His +rep are fake if you would check. However i've already noticed him to all Steam networks but no results for the moment.
On my profile on Steam, I had hundreds of transations in last months without any problem. However, I would send you payment first obviously. If you check we have 4 friends in common that could tell you that i'm a honest person. Hope you could trust me.

I understand. Unfortunately I just discovered that paypal is charging like 16% to send transfers for Brazil accounts. So I will have to discontinue this business as I cant absorb this much fees and no one will want to pay $1.75 + 16% fees.
I can sell any quantities of those keys.
Notes:
Verified Paypal accounts only.
Payment will be made as a gift and buyer will pay all fees.
I will go first if you have more +rep than me. Otherwise I will only send the keys after I received the payment.
Buyer must also include the following in their notes for payments:
"This gift acts as payment for virtual non-refundable goods I received. I will not chargeback on this monetary gift."
To avoid scammers I may refuse some offers from low rep people.
