I see that 1h ago you won this game. It was region (CIS) locked? If it was, you should report that to support (due to steamgifts rules). It's not your obligation to search for ROW copy, the guy who made giveaway shouldn't make it for region locked game (which is prohibited here). Anyway, if I am wrong and things are not how I though, sorry for put my nose here. Anyway, wish you luck. ;)
