[H] L4D:goty, 2x Post-Apocalyptic Mayhem, Serious Sam HD DP [W] Civ V exp or wishlist items

Left 4 Dead 1 Goty edition
2x Post-Apocalyptic Mayhem (it's like a monster truck fighting racing game, seems similar to Twisted Metal. Haven't played it yet)
Serious Sam HD double pack. (includes HD first and second encounter)

Want:
Civilization V Gods and Kings expansion that comes out on June 19

Have a lot of other stuff on my wishlist that would be cool too. It is mostly arranged by amount of want (so lower items on the list don't have as much pull)

I would like to get that expansion or some other bigger game and would be expecting to throw a couple if not all of the little games I have at ya for something cool. But if no one's biting on the big fish I could potentially trade them straight up for other cheaper games I want, or if I get something and still have leftovers.
