who is bruno?
reputation on a steam profile can be faked, everyone can post as much as he wants on it and he can delete all negative comments.
it is very unlikely, that you get back your keys, because you traded for something outside of the steam trading window.
if you had traded for something in the window and it disappeared afterwards, then you would have gotten your items back. but this is your "own fault" for tading outside of the window.
sorry, but it's just one of these shitty days.
PS: you should post their unique profile ID, because the one's you posted, can be changed very easily

I got scammed by electric for 7 dota 2 keys which I bought from the market for total of $19.40 . He suggested Bruno to be a middleman and I accepted since Bruno had 7 pages full of reps. I screenshotted the full conversation for your viewing. Please ban these accounts and all accounts associated with their IP addresses and return my 7 dota 2 keys or $19.40 .
