Think about the users that actually buy the games (severe cases, but still counts) and trade them for other games, that come from various bundles on the internet that usually cost $1-$8.
Think about it like this: when you notice a lot of same games appear on this site, logically thinking, there must be a place where everyone gets it.
I think that everyone has the right to know where the people actually get these cheap games from, and that is why I'm going to list lots of bundle sites that provide you with cheap games:
