if you have re installed software or upgraded then most of your options will not be available due to the new protection they have put in place such as you cannot trade, sell or buy this will last for 2 weeks re installed software/upgraded
no, no, support baned me, maybe i am bad trader and baned me ,but i have in my options all baned, i can't play buy for me games, buy cards, i can't do anything.
In my VISA CARD I BUYING GAMES FOR ME, and i have baned in my account, can't oppen :(
do you know your credit details of by heart becuase then you can say to steam ur not a scammer becuase if you was you would not know all the details of your card such as sort code etc hopefully that would work

did you buy stolen items with paypal? if you did, then there is noway for steam to tell if you were unaware of trading with the compromised acccount. this is how steam sees the trade: hijacked account sends u items with you offering nothing in return. valve does not support out of the steam window trading. if steam support see that items transfered without a 1:1 ratio trade and the account is reported as hijacked. then they will take action to lock accounts. they might take exception to unlock if it only happens the first time but if it happens frequently then they wont make an exception.
this is just my opinion and not actual steam procedures. ;D
They cannot have banned you without a reason. Even though I cannot quite understand what happened you need to explain them what happened. Ask for proof, stay calm, act mature. You have to keep 'fightin' with the Steamsupport! Support in every big company is always a little well 'sh*tty. Lots of ppl lots of problems. If you really did not do anything then tell them that!! it is related to the hijacked account. are you using a google translator? it seems you're not getting my point. maybe you should have someone write a coherent message to steam support. you need to make a concise and cohernet message to why your account is lock and proclaim your innocents.

Worst than what happened to mine. Me they banned me for 2 weeks for a reason they will not disclose even though I didn't scam anyone at all. This is the world of steam trading for traders.
I feel your pain and you have my sympathy over this. Support is useless when this is the issue. If your first ticket reply is rejecting you close the ticket and open a new one do the same until such time a kind support staff will respond we to you. But honestly this scale of ban is hard to appeal but just try though that all you can do for now.
if i closed my mesage in support, i have forever baned, i can't do anything, i can' only oppen my account and closed my account, in my PC.

My account was hijacked like 2 month ago so i reporter to steam support bcuz the guy hijack my account sell or gift almost all my inventory in 3 days im talking about over 100 games on inventory and over 600 items tf2,dota2 ..then i open i ticket and support fix it for me in 2 weeks :) but all my stuff back on inventory and what i know about the person hijack the account he get VAC Banned and some people who trade with him good stuff for almost nothing
i have 207 good games, 31 level icon, 26.17 USD in steam wallet and i have ban, can't do anything. in my computer i open only my account.
if I lie and i am hijack, why support not answer me, what have I done? I therefore think that they do not work according to the rules.
