To be honest around that amount. Knowing Paradox there won't be another 75% sale until the next decade... so I think what you're asking is fair it's more of a "Do I have the time to play this?" question for me right now.
They don't do 75% off DLCs ever. They go down to 50% after a year being out normally. If you ever do want to impulse buy it in the future, I can do a bit better than 33% for you, (but I will also not lose money selling it for a lowball lol)
Yeah they only ever do it to ancient games and even those rarely go for 75% off. Also thanks for the offer, I bookmarked you so I can hit you up when I eventually have the time for a bit more gaming lol.

I could have swore Steam Enhanced showed it the other day, but I guess not. Sorry man, wasn't trying to lowball, I legit thought it had been bundled as the base game and other DLCs have a lot. I'll still wait though, Paradox loves their bundles.
that doesn't make sense, why would I buy the newest CK2 dlc that doesn't get discounted much, just to trade it for HIB leftovers. i can sell it for historical low in $$, which is an extremely fair offer.
