I have like 20 euro in CS GO skins which are not yet tradable (but allowed to sell on market) that I want to change to CSGO keys or PP money. How it'll work is you give me an offer, I sell my skins and then use my Steam Wallet to buy your desired game and then I can go first if you are legit. I gift the game directly, then you give me CSGO keys or PayPal money.
