Okay, caution is understood, but outright branding people scammers without any proof besides the fact they're offering ARMA III relatively cheaply is fucking bullshit. Even going as far as to go onto their steamtrade profiles and giving them negative rep and furthermore branding them scammers is absolutely non-warranted.
You can't do that without having traded with them yourself or without actual proof that that they have scammed you or somebody else. That's against the rules of this website. Provide proof. One of the people you accused and gave bad rep to was simply because they were offering the game cheaply. Not because he traded with someone and scammed them (if he did, you didn't provide proof) but simply because he was offering it cheaply.
So yeah, provide proof or stop accusing people and branding them scammers. That or quit the witch-hunt nonsense. Thanks.
Lol, tried to talk to him about not jumping the gun and accusing people without any proof and he throws a hissyfit and deletes me. Asked him if he had any proof regarding some of the people he's accused and branded scammer and was answered with "17:16 - Guess Who: Not hard proof cause the games haven't been removed yet." Take note he's also left negative rep for these peeps.
Like I said, it's fine to warn people, but don't outright brand people scammers because you're a little suspicious. What a child.

A few days ago, a guy randomly added me and offered me Arma2 CO for Deponia and he said he will go first. It seemed obvious to me that it was a scam so i deleted him. I saved his steamrep link just in case.. I dont have any proof of it as such so I dont know if I should share his profile calling him a scammer. But m pretty sure he was.
I have LylaOne in my friend list but another Lyla 0ne added me and offered me ARMA 3 for Baldurs Gate xD

So that explain a lot... That scam also happened on facebook like 1 week and half ago, 3 people buyed from a reseller Arma 3 Beta for 25$, and 5 days later theirs Arma 3 disappeared from the library, we though it was guest passes, but looks like it was the same batch of keys :/

IMPORTANT UPDATE: I got in touch with bistudio and with my help have found a MASSIVE breach in security on ARMA 3 codes. This is copy and pasted directly from the email they sent to pass on to you guys:

This is a huge developing thing that me and another trader have been watching since the start of the day. All of the copies are being bought illegally. A confession has been made and I have reported it to Steam support. I will update this in the morning.
But please KEEP THIS BUMPED and DO NOT trade for ARMA 3.
EDIT: Just to be clear. The keys are legit. They work, but they could not have been bought legally. When they are found to be bought illegally it could result in your Steam account being banned. THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE.
EDIT: I do not want to give all details before I have got a response from Steam. But I have screenshots, confessions to hacking the site, transcripts and more I can release if needed.
EDIT: AUGUST 24th --- They are back at it again. I just got added asking if im interested. The accounts look legit, but really have very little. Something i've notices is they all have ARMA 2, ARMA 3 Beta, DOTA2, APB RELOADED, TF2, ARMA 2: OA. And a few others, with game time. Which makes it even more confusing, why so much work has went into this.
EDIT: AUGUST 25th -- A user by "gato" followed by something else is at it constantly. be aware of him, he charges large prices so seems legit but I have had 2 people come to me so far saying that they just lost their copy of ARMA 3.
