Bump - Just bought Arma 3 deluxe from BestTrader, apparently you can no longer use a credit card to buy from BI Studios Store. This guy used paypal and has had a successful history of selling these Arma keys, so far! I'll update if there are any changes.
UPDATE
BI Studios support have just replied to my email saying that my key was purchased using a stolen credit card. Creating new post containing details.
I bought Arma 3 from the same person and I've contacted BI Studios to see if the key is legit. The response was that at this time, there is no evidence of illegitimate activity for the key I received. As for the "successful history of selling these Arma keys", the thing that made me nervous was that all of his trading took place over the past 2 weeks. No game time or achievements on the account older than that.Crossing my fingers!
That's good to know, his account doesn't seem suspicious considering the amount of games he owns and I've been watching his trades for negative feedback so all we can do is wait and hope. He told me that he purchases his keys via the Slovenian BI Store using paypal so it could be legitimate and then again it could be a paypal scam. I'll inform you if anything changes.

i traded arma3 with him and you can check it is still on my account for 2 months now.
the guy is legit and even on your 'proof' page he wasnt list it so don't go around listing everyone i do trade arma3 keys as well you might wanna add me since you got a very good proof on anyone that trade arma3 keys..
This user is selling keys from Bohemia Interactive Store using stolen credit cards. Some users have contacted BIS Support and been informed that their key is legitimate at the time of request whereas of today I have been informed by BIS Support that the key I bought with a rare CSGO on 10th October was purchased using a stolen credit card and will be deactivated.

tl;dr Keys were bought on STOLEN/INVALID Credit Cards, YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND -- Edit: You will not get banned. They know about the problem, the games will be removed from your account however.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: I got in touch with bistudio and with my help have found a MASSIVE breach in security on ARMA 3 codes. This is copy and pasted directly from the email they sent to pass on to you guys:

This is a huge developing thing that me and another trader have been watching since the start of the day. All of the copies are being bought illegally. A confession has been made and I have reported it to Steam support. I will update this in the morning.
But please KEEP THIS BUMPED and DO NOT trade for ARMA 3.
EDIT: Just to be clear. The keys are legit. They work, but they could not have been bought legally. When they are found to be bought illegally it could result in your Steam account being banned. THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE.
EDIT: I do not want to give all details before I have got a response from Steam. But I have screenshots, confessions to hacking the site, transcripts and more I can release if needed.
EDIT: AUGUST 24th --- They are back at it again. I just got added asking if im interested. The accounts look legit, but really have very little. Something i've notices is they all have ARMA 2, ARMA 3 Beta, DOTA2, APB RELOADED, TF2, ARMA 2: OA. And a few others, with game time. Which makes it even more confusing, why so much work has went into this.
EDIT: AUGUST 25th -- A user by "gato" followed by something else is at it constantly. be aware of him, he charges large prices so seems legit but I have had 2 people come to me so far saying that they just lost their copy of ARMA 3.
