You know I was having a conversation with some fellow in another thread about the value of keys in this downward economy and I wanted to post it here, not to value my keys higher just because I want input from other people.
Barthelomew: What I hate the most about all this is everyone is on high alert when it comes to keys, as soon as you mention keys everyone just closes up shop, I used to be able to trade pretty easily but now a key is worth half the price of its steam based counterpart, it's really ridiculous.
Ceildric: Some of the decline in key value is due to the large number of indie bundles, Amazon deal packs, and good deals coming from sites like GMG. If a key is $10 cheaper than the Steam price, noone with any sense is going to pay Steam price for it, especially if it's not a high-demand game with few copies floating around. Best you can hope is maybe halfway between key sale price and Steam price.
Barthelomew: Yes, but those people fail to see common sense, just because the EB Games is having a sale in London for Far Cry 3 doesn't mean I can Expect my EB Games to be having a sale, I mean if they want a game, say like Darksiders 2, the game is like 40$ on steam right now, but amazon was having a sale for the game and it was like 20$, I can understand that they didn't have the money or maybe they didn't even know about the sale, but once the sale is over you can't expect to get the game for 20$, because the sale is over, the game is 40$ again. It's like a steam sale, you can't expect the same prices for a game after the sale is over, so why do people keep thinking that's what they can get? I know they come here to find deals but half the time I see people ripping each other off, and even then the rest are giving out the games for like 5$ off the original asking price, this doesn't go against what I have come to expect from steam trades but it does seem to conflict with what most people expect.

Duke Nukem Forever, a mediocre game for another mediocre game, I like space games in general but I've been hearing nothing but complaints about Star Wolves lately, so I don't know if I'm interested in it right this second, some one sugested the hacked version is less glitchy than the steam version.

I have actively commented on both threads as well as the fact that I was scammed by the person in question of both threads. As well as you can join either thread and talk to the people that got scammed their, I know that I am lacking rep on steam trades but I don\'t find that an issue seeing how most scammers now have fake rep, I tend to look at the negative rep as more of a pointer of weather or not to deal with someone, but as I said I have no rep as a relatively new trader so I am willing to trade first and wait for you to validate the keys, but scammers beware I will want to have a little back and forth discussion before a trade is made, so even then if you do manage to rip me off i\'ll bore the crap out of you first =P.
Now then I will put up a list of the games I am looking for, I mostly want the games on the following list but I am open to offers but please do not be angry if I refuse a offer because it is simply not what I am looking for.
