-rep sold me bunch of expensive duplicate keys. Now he ignores me on steam...

Messaged him on his post for borderlands 3, agreed on steam for the money to be sent on paypal for the game. Sent the money, then suddenly he said he's out of home and didn't respond at all anymore, even though he was online for the next 5 hr on the app. Didn't even say when I woud get the key or disclosed any sort of info, just cut off. I tried and messaged him that he has the rest of the day but nothing. What the hell. Message me, I have the convo for proof.

He's also deleted me now it's official scam reported him, don't trust him.

Edit2: Oh wow he answered! Miracle! You claim you refunded me on the same day, I still haven't received anything to date. PayPal processes refund notifications immedietly, it would have shown. yet between my history of the day of the transaction and where I request the money that you cancelled, is nothing. https://imgur.com/a/qlhVizc
