the promo is an incentive, calling it free is stupid. that is like saying the bottle of champagne after buying a house is free. no it isn't, it is complimentary
Its free i got one with my 2080ti so yeah it is free/complimentary whatever you call it, but most people that sells this codes here in bunch aka stocks of 5-10 are free for them, "taken" out from work if you know what i mean ;)
