One of my Battlefield 1 keys was scammed too by a guy with a lot of steamcomments with +rep...
NEVER trust steamcomments, always look here on steamtrades, you can't delete -rep here, just the community with a votingsystem. So ye your guy was known as a big scammer :/
I always recommend to use EnhancedSteam for your Browser, it shows you a lot more links to get some information about an user.
