I'm not sure where you're getting the idea that that's so. According to barter.vg, which as I mention in the post is what I use to determine value, 134 users have Planet of the Eyes vs 59 that want it. For Psychonauts, 469 have it and only 4 want it. I would 1:1 it with games with similarly low want counts, even if they are in theory rarer. Stealth Inc 2, Vertiginous Golf, Goat of Duty, etc.

Ah, sorry for the delay. I've been quite busy lately. I'm still fine with the trade, though I won't really be using Psychonauts as much as putting it in storage in case I find a friend who hasn't played it. To be honest, I wouldn't really be bothered if it didn't work, I'm just happy to find a good home for Vertiginous Golf.
If you were willing to part with Control, of course, I could give you all of this and much more (besides Super Hexagon, which I just got an offer on and will probably be gone by the time you respond, and maybe MOLEK-SYNTEZ since I'm not sure that key is fresh), but that's a bit of a reach I think.
