I can get almost every game for cheap price (except locked ones). And btw if you want to buy only 1 game, which costs around $3 and less, it won't be cheaper here.
Since PayPal have Russian Rubles, my price for game includes original price in ru-steam store + 9% (fee is not lower 25rub per 1 purchase).
