The game itself is not bad but it's removed and most of the copies left sell for 35-45 keys from what I've found.
When a game is removed there's no more copies available to be added to the already small pool of games (gifts and keys and now gifts are disabled for purchase) which means the demand will always outweigh the supply (except for the crappy asset flips).
A gift copy of Wolfenstein 2009 recently sold for $1,290. I'm sure if gift copies existed of Stalin VS Aliens and League of Legends (when it was briefly available on Steam) they both would sell for more than $10,000 each.

I've looked around a bunch of trade forums and prolific removed game trader's inventories and I've only found one guy selling Max and the Magic Marker (gift) for $560 paypal on the RGC Steam trade forum. Unless someone else has a few copies hidden somewhere and are tight lipped about it, I'm 1 of the 2 possible sources for the game and after that gift gets activated and my keys get used that's it for Max and the Magic Marker.
