I have a legit code for Gears of War 4, bought a GTX 1080 on Newegg and don't care about the gears franchise. I'm interested in trading for DS3, add me if you're interested, but obviously going to wait until your game is tradeable.
Any reason why it has to be tradeable? Not sure why that is obvious. I can send it to you as a gift. Are you worried that it might be revoked..? It's not like we can trade the items in the Steam trade window and both be ensured.
Just trying to figure out why it matters.

I just saw you say it wasn't tradeble until Nov 9th, so I assumed I wouldn't be able to get it until then. I spend my time playing games, not trading them, so I don't know all the ins and outs of how it works.
Maybe it wasn't really clear. Tradeable and Giftable are different defintions. Trading means it can be traded to other Steam users in the trade window. Since some people actually trade games and items for whatever.
All games from the steam store can be sent to anyone.

I know it's not exactly everything you're asking for, but just thought I'd try.
I'm truly not interested in trading a Deluxe Edition of DS3 for only 5 games in a $12 bundle. That's WHY I am mentioning 2 to 3 early unlocks with either 8 to 9 revealed titles or only 4 if someone offers 3 of the early unlocks.
The only reason I responded is I hope anyone who looks down here to post a similar offer sees this and considers offering what I'm actually asking for. I'm not interested in trading it away for only a few games from /ONE/ $12 Monthly.
While you may dislike this response, this is more a casual warning for anyone that might offer the same.

keys to me aren't worth as much as the games which I would have to find. 1 csgo is basically $2. I don't want an additional $4 or $6 unless it's actually close to what I am asking.

Again, i can get you Total War: WARHAMMER or XCOM 2. So how does the "maybe" term apply?
if I have to explain, 'maybe' works this way: if the game has enough inflated value to be worth that much, then I will take fewer games; if not, then I'll ask for more. hence, 1:8 to 1:11 trade. it can even change drastically lower if the games offered are worth enough.
edit: game values are still subjective and I'm not looking to inflate every game I'm asking for, but trying to be reasonable somehow.

I still see the "maybe" condition pretty vague. How do you determined a Total War: WARHAMMER gift link from Monthly Bundle vs one purchase from Humble Store? How could you figured a copy purchased on sale vs ones purchased at MSRP vs ones you an get from AMD cards promo? And how does these got actual differrent value? Are you really saying you want 1 copy of Total War: WARHAMMER / XCOM 2 if it was purchased at this exact moment in this exact site?
Aside from that, how about Total War: WARHAMMER + some small DLC of TW:W? Don't know what more to offer.
see my previous post to answer part of your question. the other part for maybe is determined based on the games I would receive in a trade. every game sort of has a magical $ value to me that I place on them to equal the trade to consider. I'd say Total War WARHAMMER is $20 and XCOM is probably $12 to $15. Most of the revealed games are around $3 to $4.
So we take Total War WARHAMMER and then a few other games and we have about 1 ($20) + 5 ($15 to $20). The Witness and DiRT Rally are probably closer to $8 to $10, so then I'd take 2 ($16 to $20) early unlocks and 5 to 6 ($18 to $24) revealed. Something like that. Obviously, everything has a different value but I didn't really want to go over it when I made the post.
it's not about where the game is /really from/; it's the fact that people buy bundles. people buy bundles BECAUSE they are cheap and come with several games. the benefit of this is people get several games for less than retail price and don't need to spend money on games when they already spent because they spent the money on the bundles already.
you have a bit of an odd focus of the trade, but I'm sure you wanted to ask because you wanted to know if I wanted it to be from the Monthly or if it can be anywhere for a possible trade.
I still wouldn't have done the trade for WARHAMMER and something small alone, though. it's not worth it in my eyes to overvalue the game that much as it already goes on sale for $18 currently. I think I have someone else to take the game, so I'll close this when it goes through.

I hope that makes things somewhat more clear. I also know region prices can be different, so I really am not sure if the game is cheaper for you to just buy it off Steam or elsewhere since you only wanted to offer Total War (which is roughly $20 to me) for DS3 Deluxe (which I'd say is $40). Mostly, I wouldn't want to take 1 game from a $12 bundle to trade DS3 DE.. at all. That's just how I feel, though, but I think it would be pretty... silly for anyone go through with it. Though you could get it for around $36 off Steam when it's on sale if you bought and sold 17 CS:GO keys @ $2.10/ea and sold on the market for $2.40 per key, but that's just as example to get it cheaper. That's also spending more money when people could spend the $36 on 3 Monthly bundles and get an inflated value from all the games and so on.
Now that i read it again, i think i've misunderstood your trade condition this whole time. Sorry for bothering you.
It's perfectly fine. Good luck finding a copy, though, but I finally traded it. Still, I hope you can get one cheap but I definitely think you'd need to offer something like Total War + 5 decent games like I mentioned if anyone else would even go for such a trade.
