i believe he is trusted trader, so please just settle down and wait,he could just unfriend you if he is scammer.
maybe he has several issues about his tf2 key factory, and maybe he forgot to pay his workers,and the workers refused to work

i don't think so; he could just easily talk with the people instead of going offline when sb messages him.
also there are no fees on bitcoin, so he could just refund.

Why would he wait until after building 100+ rep to do so? Other people have successfully traded with him by going first, including myself, and it makes no sense. His account may have been stolen.
don't think so; no one would trade him +$100 trades unless he had some +rep.
I've seen some dudes opening lots of alt accounts and giving free cards for reps; or buying cheap bundles and trading some games for real cheap to get enough rep.

Yeah haha I understand what you mean, and I haven't recently traded with him (When this started I mean) I just find it a little weird.
I hope everything gets resolved too.
