It's an interesting point of view and, in some way, it's right. Games that are often bundled see a massively lowered market value on online grey shops. Even if their STEAM price, at the lowest (sales time), remains relatively high. That's because people buy bundles and sell individual games underdesk on those shops (you can find a lot of them, incidentally, right here, trying to steal key from regular gamers!), hence they are called "grey" - they have no rights to sell those games (tax avoidance, royalties avoidance, black market keys, etc.).
For example, LEGO Worlds has never reached prices, on STEAM, lower than 6 euro (LEGO games have a high residual value, even after years, also due to publisher's policies), but it can obtained in grey online markets for less, about 4,5 euro at the moment. But, as you see, the delta is not so high - we are talking about a 25% discount on top of the original one (6-4,5=1,5 euro!).
Your Monster Prom has a different story. First of all, its retail price is 12 euro instead of 30 euro (more than half), second, it can be obtained in grey online markets for 1,8 euro, and that's a massively added discount on top of its lowest discounted price on STEAM (40% after the on sale 75%).
The reason for that is the most easy to tell: supply/demand relationship. As a lot of people is still interested in LEGO games, prices remain high, while the opposite happens for Monster Prom, as it's a very niche game and people who own its key have more difficult on trades, so they lower its price, competing themselves, trying to make that deal. In a couple of years I guess this situation will only get worse, while LEGO games prices will remain (relatively) high.
By the way, my LEGO game is now gone for good - traded with 2 other games. I hope to have given you a clear reply. Thanks for your time!
