Buyer always goes first.
Your Paypal account has to be verified and the option to send it as a gift a.k.a. the "friends and family option" (the latter is discuss able for high rep traders needing smaller quantities) and you'll have to add a note.
The payment has to be made from your paypal funds, no CC/debit card payments.

And I'm certainly gonna go first anyway, can you just check its from verified paypal or not when you got payment? if not, refund the hell of it, easy
