How do you want to give it to me? You would make a lot of loss - for example:
I could put up a skin in the market (CSGO skin or wahtever) and you buy it. If I want to get 100€ Steam Wallet you have to pay atleast 120€ (Steam Fees and developer fees) + you only get 80% from that so you pay 120€ Steam Wallet and get 80€ paypal.
That doesnt sound worth it so gift cards give me everything (100€) without you overpaying twice.

yes i did a dumb mistake and the past (4 years ago)and i regret it as for the skins they are tradable and i already used the wallet for multiple purchases over the past 2 months so they are not fresh (i can provide proof) also you can check with the last guy i traded with he can vouch for me :)

Withdrawing Steam Wallet to paypal would be to Steam gift games to anyone and get paid via PayPal and usually only get 80% of the price I paid. so 5,25€ divided by the usual sale we go with (20% discount) would be 4,19€ which is still worse even if it would only be 10% Discount.
Bloodstained usually goes for 3€ so 1 TF2 key would be too little. I would accept 2 or 3€ PP.
