1) Must have 50+ Rep on SteamTrades.
2) or have 300+ Games in your steam library.
3) or have 50+ Steam Level.
Please make sure your account is able to sell items to the Community Market in order for the extra copies to be tradable after you open the 2-pack/4-pack. If you fail to check this and copies become untradable, i am keeping the collateral.
