I don't know where you got that, but I've checked on ST and the only copy I've found this cheap was indeed 5,2 keys... but there was a LATAM region lock. Oh sure, resellers are probably buying at 5 keys... but ask them if you can purchase that game at this price. Again, if someone wants to trade you their copy for 5 keys, yes, you should buy it. Hitman 2 Gold on the gray market is at least $12-$13 USD, that's more than 5 keys so that'd be a good deal for you.
