Actually I think there's a exclusive version for Latam. The ROW key isn't available for BR =(

Just so you know, you should be good if you activate a ROW key. I've asked people on my friends list on Steam (most are people I've traded with at some point) and one in particular said that he lives in South America and had no trouble redeeming the game he got from a US-based trader.

Thanks for the offer. The thing is that I only have TF2 keys at the moment and Mutant Year Zero is merely an indirect way for me getting the games I want with slightly better liquidity over TF2 keys.
