Wouldn't it be better to transfer his $20 to you instead using Steam Market since SEA usually has games cheaper than US anyway? You will lose out 15% from market fees but otherwise should be still around $17.
Yeah that's true, SEA market is way cheaper. I'm thinking about transfering money through Steam Market but the question is how do I do that?

Then list it on the market at your desired price and your trading partner just buys it. Since your picture as the seller is right next to the price, it shouldn't have any issues on them buying from the wrong seller.
Seems like not all marketable item can do something like that

About asking if your Dead Rising 2 came with DLC packs? I figured i would ask because sometimes people could have a key that comes with additional content, like DLC packs or soundtracks but the trader(s) only advertise the game title
