READ CAREFULLY! Opening a pack requires collateral/deposit which is used to make sure the rest of the copies are returned back to me.
However, if you have 100+ reps or around 200 games in your library, collateral for Terraria and Blade Symphony wouldn't be necessary. But of course, your steamrep must be clean.
