I saw it but you did not see that the steam wallet is not a code, otherwise you wouldn't be talking about currency conversion.
If it's not a code, then it's a giftcard, which also converts globally. If it's you gifting games for your wallet funds, then it's not that clear from the description (and there would be no region / currency restrictions for most games unlike your abrupt answer).
Maybe "steam wallet not a code" is something steamtrades regulars recognize and understand, but I don't do this all that much and often.
