All the prices in the lists are evaluated from the top 2 most popular reseller sites (both start with G, sampled as of July 2021 so they are even lower than usual because of Steam Sale), for each game 2 lowest prices from each site are taken as a nominal base. Steam price is not taken into account for these that have reseller price, as well as subjective value of each game (given away, etc) - strictly market dictated.
If you see mismatch/mispricing please let me know.
