Sorry, but I don't trade with people who have fewer than 50 reps. Sadly, you have 0.
The reason for this is:
https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpTradeRestore.

It's too easy to reverse the trade and I won't get my PP money back via Family & Friends. The risk is too high for me, so I'm not willing to take it.
It's nothing personal, I'd just rather not take any risks, even if it's only a 0.0001% chance.
