You could try using BlueStacks.
When I needed referrals on any android game,. that program allows you to install the app, get the referral - uninstall and reinstall bluestacks (or just reset the guid),. and get another referral.
I haven't got it installed anymore, so can't help you,. but try the emulator, you might at least get 1 extra referral that way :P
