The first 2 are steam gifts, after that about 20 humble bundles keys you could look at.
The others are marked aas low value keys to trade with other low value stuff. These you should ignore, not even 20 of those would be worth your game.

Yes, it activates in NA, I got it from a Giveaway stream of one of the Tripwire Devs. I don't think that it has ever been in a bundle btw, and nop just KF2 (Was what I wanted from the stream but someone else won).
