i know you said no game offers but any chance youd be willing to trade your kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning - Collection for my Rift Storm Legion bundle? they are both $49.99 in the steam store and i have $10.02 in my steam wallet which means i can offer at least 4 keys in addition to Rift. if not then enjoy your free bump and happy trading.
Rift was a pre-order bonus to Defiance, so market was flooded with it and if I would like I could buy that cheap. But I just don't want that game even by that past low price.

It is tagged as RU/CIS, so it is cheaper to buy it from store than do such an exchange.
I am also curious how RU/CIS gift is obtained if gifting of this game is prohibited in the region.
