Do you still have the chat open? Copy the profile link here, it's clear that you've been scammed by someone else impersonating him.
Did you even check that the one you're traded with has a public Steam profile with level 298? Judging by your screenshots given above, the profile of the scammer is private. You can still see a complete profile when you're blocked by someone as long as it's public and don't have a community ban.
Tip: If you've closed the chat, try to open the chat from mobile app or browser on your desktop, chance is slim but if you're lucky your chat would still be opened there.
yes, the person has this level on steam, and thanks for that. luckily on the steam app the chat is opened. And I didn't know about the being scammed for someone else, but clearly it's another profile, because the original have many nicknames and then the profile when I was scammed have only one. I'll be try to find the link of his profile.
