I checked and in the surface it indeed appear a bit lower but that's not really the case. DMC4 2,40€ and Ghostrunner 3,35€ (after paiement fee included). I went to their website and prepared the command to see final price. Some coupon are a bit scammy coz " this coupon is not valid for you " for Ghostrunner 2 best price for example. You can check yourself if you want to confirm it.
Edit: Even for DCM it's higher than 2,40 finally coz the best price is the " default edition " if you swap it for " special edition " the price increase. That's why most people prefer to use gg.deals over others website.

It means that the Ghostrunner 2 key is usable everywhere except China
as for DCM4 it work everywhere as well at the exception of Japan
So if you decide to use these keys for yourself, it work perfectly. If you want to trade them back then it will work everywhere except China or Japan according to the game. It's the worldwide version for both.

If you are trying to say that the price is too high, know that it's the complete collection (containing all 3 dishonored games) not just Dishonored 1, and they are all activated in one singular key, so can't trade them separately.
