I have been trading all my humble bundles for tropico ce's in the hope that they will trade for 2 keys in the near future, so perhaps... I send you 5 copies, I unpack and send 3 insurgency to you. If that sounds reasonable i am game bro!

PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS BEFORE ADDING ME:
I sell pack splits only. I will send you the game without a collateral only if you have A LOT of rep on sourceop rep/dota2traders rep/etc. Otherwise, you will need to give me some items to hold (collateral) worth at least the number of keys mentioned below. Or you can offer to give me paypal as a collateral. Please add me to discuss this option and what you plan to let me hold onto.
Insurgency unpack: Price - 1 key | Collateral - 7 more keys worth of items or paypal (which I will refund after)
I will then send you the 4-pack (might be 2-pack depending on game) in which you will unpack and afterwards retrade me and send back the 3 copies of the game.
How unpacking 2-pack/4-packs work:
I will send you a 4-pack version of the game you are interested in. Once you receive it you will go to your inventory, find this 4-pack and click "Add to my game library...". One of the copies will be added to your game library and you will get 3 more copies in your inventory. You will trade these 3 copies back to me for your collateral.
