Yes $3.15 for all tiers and you get 1 bundle from each tier only. If you want more bundles, pay more. No worries you can come back when your online.
From what I understand, this is basically 10 people giving their money to an eleventh person, who proceeds to buy the bundle once, and gives the ten people the coupons to give them "free" access to the bundle.

Also, I bought the silver and bronze ones, so I have 7 or 8 codes (of each tier) that I'm very unlikely to never use, and while I think it might be better for me to just pay for the one gold fee you proposed, I'd be willing to trade some of the codes I have for the gold tier coupon.

Yes this is correct you purchase their bundle and you get 11 bundles. I am splitting it up for you guys so it will be much easier. You do not need to purchase on their store to claim the key, you just need an NA account there.
