Thats a reasonable offer to be honest. If something should make us laugh its the 8 TF2 keys you are asking for.
I agree, 2 TF2 keys is quite fair, 8 TF2 keys is just too much, those games are not worth that much.
I also can't give away the games for 500 gems each, so that they can then resell them at 3-4 times the value. I can also lower the price but I can't give them at gift prices either.

P.S : Always send bulk proposition to people that don't have get any proposition, in case off (get 150 Games for 10 TF2 Keys some years ago because i was the highest bid), and also because lost some offers because think that the person will never accept my offer, and he accept a offer that was even lower than my own offer (300 Gems for each games in my case, he accept a offer at 250 Gems each from someone else).
P.S 2 : Also can't do more, since i focus mainly on game between 300-1000 Gems, and already get many at this rate.
