If you leave in any of those countries in the description, the game will activate normaly.
If you live elswhere you will need to use vpn to activate it. But i do not recommend doing it.
You can get ROW copies for 22 or 23 keys.
the question is,is that applies on gifts aswell?
afaik you cannot ACTIVATE copies of games..like from your inventory..gifting is something else i assume?
You are confusing trade lock and region lock.
Trade lock aplies to gifts. All gifts are locked for 30 days, that way they are untradable.
Region lock means you can't activate or play a game bought from a different region.
GTA 5 have the trade lock for 30 days, it will only be tradable march 3 i think. But it is still region locked.
15 cs go keys for the normal edition and 17 cs go keys for the gold edition.
or 16 tf2 for normal and 18 tf2 for gold
But its locked to Latin America.
