Can't see anything about a region restriction on the humble site? I'm in New Zealand, in ~5 years of buying humble bundles (and a couple thousand other games), I've never seen a single game region-locked to us as we tend to pay a lot more for games so they don't bother - the monthly costs me nearly $20.

If you mean the regional servers for multiplayer, that seems to be changeable based on what server you choose to download it from Steam: http://steamcommunity.com/app/310560/discussions/0/521643320372142786/

So based on that thread there's gonna be a warning that'll pop up if it is restricted (unlikely, it looks like it's just the cheaper regions that are locked as usual) before the key is actually redeemed, so on the 0.000001% chance this is the first Australia/NZ region locked game ever we can just cancel the trade :)
