Scam added me for trade and got away with 16 $ without sending anything

Scammed me out of a copy ARK: Survival Evolved he had to give me DayZ but deleted me and blocked me

This guy scammed me out of $70 USD via Paypal. Luckily I was able to put the transaction on hold, but still. This guy was supposed to trade me Steam keys for Witcher 3 and Grand Theft Auto V, but of course he gave me nothing.

Looks like bad website programming or a wrong database isolation level selected by steamtrades/steamgifts site programmer, those types of errors are pretty common on both sites. Looks like 32bit unsigned integer wrapped around.
