He just gave himself 3 fake reps from his alt accounts. Screen of the +reps: https://i.imgur.com/GK2TVrG.png
All 3 accounts:

2) https://www.steamtrades.com/user/76561197965067411 https://i.imgur.com/ETdz71R.png
3) https://www.steamtrades.com/user/76561197965067176 https://i.imgur.com/Q0tRcM3.png
They have all "traded" and repped each other in the last 1 hour

Edit:
He just gave away another one of his accounts by giving me a negative:

Both accounts are VAC banned on the same day for playing CS:GO through family sharing:

This user is a scammer who has several accounts.

Account № 1: http://steamcommunity.com/id/roadtobillion/
SteamTrades page: https://www.steamtrades.com/user/76561198370910617

Account № 2:http://steamcommunity.com/id/134353456435344/
SteamTrades page: https://www.steamtrades.com/user/76561198137069787

Account № 3 (this account): http://steamcommunity.com/id/HayatoHimari/
SteamTrades page: https://www.steamtrades.com/user/76561198086381782

He more than once scammed people from his other accounts. But when his other accounts got a bunch of negative reviews, he created (or bought) a new.
This account was registered on SteamTrades 1 week ago.

If you visit his Steam page, you will notice that he does not have any friends, although the account is already 4 years old.

And something interesting:

He played Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor for 7.6 hours;
DiRT Rally - 4.3 hours;
A grande bagunça espacial - The big space mess - 4.2 hours;
Bloodsports.TV - 2.3 hours;
Comedy Night - 2.3 hours;
The Deer - 2.3 hours;
Particula - 2.2 hours;
How to Survive 2 - 2.2 hours;
Turn Around - 2.2 hours;
The Last Hope Trump vs Mafia - 2.1 hours;
Killer is Dead - 1.6 hours.

But he uploaded already 1674 screenshots!
And all these screenshots were uploaded during the week.

Most likely, this scammer bought an account that was registered in Steam 4 years ago, and now - creates the appearance that this account for all these 4 years has been active.

Also, he wrote at least two positive reviews to himself from his other accounts: https://www.steamtrades.com/user/76561198086381782

If someone writes negative review to him, he writes negative review too, but from all his accounts. You can check this by reading reviews on his other accounts:

https://www.steamtrades.com/user/76561198137069787

EDIT: When I warned people about this scammer, he wrote a negative review on my SteamTrades page:
https://www.steamtrades.com/user/76561198368466532

I would not be surprised if this scammer wrote negative reviews on my SteamTrades page from his other accounts.

I do not care about his negative review, I just want to warn people about this scammer. And if this scammer tries to scam someone, I hope that people will read this review - and they will not trust this scammer.

I really hope that this scammer can not scam anyone else.
