Currently in contact with the seller via PayPal dispute. He is claiming that it's not his fault for the games being revoked and blaming this on Steam. Also, he mentioned that he never gave a "lifetime guarantee" for the games, and I had enough time to enjoy them.
edit3 (04-09-18): Ended up elevating the PayPal dispute to a claim since the seller would not resolve this problem. PayPal returned my money in the end.
Definitely recommended, I was a bit nervous, because the trade was big, but everything went smooth, it was a pleasure :) You can trust this trader, he is honest and helpful!
EDIT: Seems I have the very same issue with this seller as others. Games got revoked by steam due to a problem with payment and the seller is not replying to my e-mails. I have opened a dispute via PayPal and will seek to revoke the payment.

Never traded with this person.but for WWE someone else asked for it and this person is using two or more accounts here(this itself is scamming method) and he deleted his other account thread which he created for WWE2k18.(where is the thread and where is my reply there?).the other person who contacted with me wasnt agree on price so we left the trade.how come this makes the things scam.just because he couldnt get the product on his prices,he calls it scam.thats I never quote those prices.its purely frustration that the trade never took place and he is leaving negative review.

Edit: (2018-03-16). My Steam Gift Purchase from this person has been revoked. Seeing if I can get my money back via Paypal. Fraudulent transaction was made by Pranay Solanki, avoid transactions with someone with this name if possible. If it's even their real name.
Update: (2018-03-28). PayPal has sided with me on the dispute and returned the money I paid to this scammer for the game. It appears he is trying to Appeal the decision now...
