Both are DRM and prices can be lowered if multiple copies are purchased :)

I'm not sure if the dlc is sold on my website. There is only dlc for Bioshock Infinite.

Due to the recent release of the game, it has not yet been updated to the website. This operation should happen within a few weeks however as to whether the game will come region locked I am unsure.
