I don't need JA: Wildfire, so I don't consider that a fair deal. Night of the Rabbit was selling for 3 TF2 keys. C&C 3 and the Kane Exp. is selling for 5 TF2 keys. I could sell you both for Night of the Rabbit and 2 keys, that would be a fair deal.
Decent offer if it was just C&C3, but I think I will pass. Since I would rather trade it plus the expansion. If I just have the expansion, it will be a lot less desirable for a trade.
