Currently, I had 25$ on my steam account. I am willing to pay up to 22.50$ in keys ($2.50 each = 9 keys) Or Anything Else That You Would Prefer From The Steam Market.

IF it is not a tradeable gift, be ready to go first.
If it is a normal tradable gift of PES, we will have a normal trade :D!

ill give you a little advice, game cost more (in RU/CIS and we got the cheapest price) then you willing to pay, and nobody will go first with gift

i dont think it will go on sale with more than 15%, and even in this case your offer is low
