its true, but if you be carefull and take screenshoots of the whole process you can have your keys back from steam support

People selling Rust for as low as 4 keys are probably scammers.
How to spot one:
1) Very low level (probably 1)
2) High Dota 2 (or some other free game) play hours.
3) No trade history
Be very careful while buying these. Even people with high rep are buying (unknowningly or knowingly, dunno) and reselling from these scammers in search of profit.
